The wife of the Acting President of Nigeria, Mrs. Dolapo Osinbajo, yesterday, called on Nigeria youths to prepare themselves to be great.
She made this statement, in Owerri, during the official opening ceremony of Elfreeda foundation, founded by the daughter of the Imo state governor, Mrs. Uloama Rochas Nwosu.
While appreciating Uloama, the wife of the acting President said that she emulated her parents.
She briefly said: ” Elfreeda foundation is a dream comes through. Uloama my daughter your dreams are in God’s hands. I am not surprise that of the Elfreeda foundation because you learnt it from your parents.
“I have been with Okorocha’s wife even when she was commissioning houses for indigent women. My advice is that this generation should stand their shoulders high.”
Speaking also, the Governor of Imo state Governor, Rochas Okorocha, said: Few months ago I look at my struggles in life and I say this struggle will one day come to an end.
“When I opened Rochas Foundation I thought that my children will continue from where I stop but little did I know that Uloama my daughter has a vision to open her foundation.
“Let me use this opportunity to say this that the best thing that has happened to the government of Nigeria and APC government is to have Professor Yemi Osinbajo as the Vice President of Nigeria.
“Now that Buhari is on medical vacation, Osinbajo as the Acting Vice President has not allowed any vacancy in the presidency. So there is know vacancy in Aso rock.”
While in her remarks, the Founder of Elfreeda Foundation, Mrs. Uloama Rochas Nwosu, “Elfreeda foundation is an attempt to join the host of others who have helped others in the world created by God. My father told me that your life is nothing when you cannot change the live of others.
“Just like my father has Rochas Foundation which is born out of the inability of to acquire education. I must say that I am a blessed child. I want to say this Elfreeda foundation not a dramatization of wealth. It is to take the less privilage out of the street and feed people who have no food, water. It is not about me, my husband or family.”
